SHI HOSPITALITY

SHI Hospitality Group is a Dubai-based hospitality company dedicated to creating immersive dining destinations that unite gastronomy, design, and culture. Founded by Diana Rysbaeva, the group has become known for concepts that balance heritage and innovation, blending refined culinary traditions with contemporary storytelling.

The portfolio includes SHI, the flagship fine-dining Chinese and Japanese restaurant on Bluewaters Island; MOLI by SHI, an elevated Chinese dining experience at Dubai Hills Business Park; and Jixiang Dimsum, a dim sum concept reimagined for modern palates.

With each concept, SHI Hospitality Group redefines the way people connect through food, culture, and atmosphere, shaping dining not just as a meal, but as an experience. 

 

Branding

We created a sub-brand, Dumpling Divas, for SHI. This included logo development, typeface and colour palette selections, mockups, and illustrated mascots bound in a comprehensive brand book.

Social Media

Our in-house creative content team creates, produces, and manages social media content and posting across all three F&B brands under SHI Hospitality.

Key Activations

Over the period of Chinese New Year (CNY) 2026, to launch a CNY menu at MEI, we activated the media and influencers by hosting dinner with a candle making workshop. This garnered a media value of AED242,800.

Chinese Marketing

We possess on-ground marketing capabilities in China for the major social media platforms. Our team are native Mandarin speakers and well versed in the content type needed to succeed.
