Located on the rooftop of Eden House in Dubai’s Al Satwa neighbourhood, Moonrise is an intimate 14-seat chef’s table restaurant redefining the city’s fine dining landscape. Led by Chef Solemann Haddad, the restaurant offers a multi-course omakase experience that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the Middle East, reimagined through a global lens.

Each dish is a narrative, blending Japanese techniques with regional ingredients to craft what Haddad terms “Dubai Cuisine”, a personal, ever-evolving expression of his hometown’s diverse flavours.

Since its inception in late 2021, Moonrise has garnered significant acclaim. It earned its first MICHELIN Star in 2023. The restaurant is placed No. 10 on the MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2026.
